libgdata22 software package provides Library for accessing GData webservices - shared libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdata22
libgdata22 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdata22 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdata22 *
You will get with libgdata22 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
